SPRING Project: Sustainable Practices for the Integration of Refugees through Governance and Innovation

Short description
The SPRING Project (Sustainable Practices for the Integration of Refugees through Governance and Innovation) is a European initiative that identifies, analyses, and promotes good practices in refugee reception and integration across EU Member States, including Spain. The project focuses on developing evidence-based policy recommendations and practical tools to improve integration pathways, paying particular attention to multi-stakeholder governance, long-term inclusion strategies, and the role of grassroots actors and volunteers. Among its outputs, SPRING offers comprehensive databases of successful local projects, policy briefs, and operational guidelines that support organisations working on educational, social, and professional integration of refugees. Its findings are highly relevant for mentoring programmes aiming to support refugees' educational and career development, offering concrete methodologies and replicable approaches for both public institutions and grassroots organisations.
