Volunteer manual

Short description
This manual was designed by the organization Mareena and is a key document for its volunteering program, which focuses on helping refugees through individual peer-to-peer volunteering or community-based volunteering. The manual's main purpose is to prepare volunteers for both expected and unexpected situations they might encounter during their service, and to guide them in navigating these challenges. Volunteers learn more about their roles, responsibilities, and expectations, as well as about practical ways to offer assistance. Additionally, the manual contains a detailed explanation of its three volunteering types and a code of conduct, sections on cultural diversity and multiculturalism, a description of the challenges involved in refugee assistance, and communication tips for difficult conversations. Overall, it serves as an invaluable guide for volunteers throughout their experience with Mareena.
