MINT Project – Mentoring Methodological Framework

Led by Terre des hommes, the MINT project developed a mentoring methodology tailored to refugee children across Central and Eastern Europe. It offers a replicable framework for youth-led integration, including mentor training, awareness activities, child-friendly e-learning tools, and advocacy. While focusing on educational inclusion for young learners, the participatory and youth-centred methods can easily be adapted to support older refugees in educational and career mentorship.
