This collection, prepared for the Office of the Government Plenipotentiary for Roma Communities, showcases examples of good practice from selected community centers working with marginalized communities. It details the approaches of 20 community centers involved in activities focused on increasing employment among vulnerable groups and fostering inter-community inclusion. The authors describe the diverse methods and tools these centers use to achieve success and outcomes, highlighting the crucial impact of mentoring on vulnerable groups.
