A handbook for volunteers – mentoring refugees

Short description
This handbook serves as to advise volunteers in their capacity as mentors. It details the roles and responsibilities of a refugee mentor. It describes the importance of understanding who refugees are and how mentoring can help them. It also offers guidance and practical advice on mentoring meetings, including dos and don'ts, educational activities, and communication tips. Furthermore, it covers an ethical code, a glossary of terms related to migration, and recommends additional literature and resources for mentors' further education.
