MP4 Mentors – European project implemented in Spain
Short description
This Erasmus+ project has developed a Guide for Mentoring and Volunteer Coordination, along with a multilingual MOOC, based on 23 good practices focused on intercultural mentoring and socio-educational support.
The approach fosters meaningful volunteer-mentor relationships and provides concrete tools to accompany training, emotional and administrative processes.
