Mentoring power in integration

Short description
This methodological guide was developed as part of a comprehensive Erasmus+ project led by the Slovenian organization POVOD. It seeks to harness and enhance the power of youth-driven mentoring. The guide presents the culmination of in-depth research, field experiences, and tested methodologies for mentoring young migrants. Its ultimate aim is to equip youth mentors with the tools, knowledge, and resilience required to assist young migrants in their journey toward social inclusion. As part of the project, a participatory training course and mentoring framework were developed, and this guide describes the core pillars of that training course, the successes and challenges faced, and offers practical advice for mentors working with refugees.
