Educational support for Ukrainian refugees

The National Institute of Education and Youth (NIVAM), in cooperation with UNICEF, has launched the project "Educational support for Ukrainian refugees." This initiative aims to provide support to educators and schools in integrating foreigners (both children/pupils and educators) into the Slovak education system. The project features a dedicated subpage on the NIVAM website, offering useful materials, methodologies, and videos on various topics related to assisting with the integration of Ukrainian pupils. All resources are publicly available and are used for the professional development of relevant actors, professionals, and other educational staff. A primary activity of the project is the professional development of educational institutions, teachers, and principals, focusing on the integration of Ukrainian children and pupils.
