Caja de herramientas ERIAS: Orientación para la integración laboral de las organizaciones

The ERIAS Toolbox, developed by Cámara Valencia under the EU’s Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), provides a comprehensive methodology to guide organisations and volunteers in supporting refugees’ employability. It includes a modular process: mapping local actors and services, administrative and cultural orientation, skills assessment, mentoring pairings, performance checklists, and follow-up mechanisms. Emphasis is placed on company engagement, intercultural communication training, mentor induction, and systematic evaluation. The toolbox stands as a practical resource to design mentoring schemes that integrate job skills training, administrative support, and workplace familiarisation—tailored to the Spanish context.
